My name is Pam Clulow and I set up Otley Cakes in January 2010. Having
spent almost eight years decorating cakes in a Patisserie I have a
wealth of cake decorating experience.
Many moons ago I did a degree in Business Studies and I also have a
GNVQ in Art and Design. Working from home allows me to be creative, I
take a lot of pride in my work and I want each cake to be extra

I have experimented a lot to find reliable recipes, most people go for
Madeira or chocolate sponge, carrot or fruit cake but I am happy to
bake you whatever you want.
I can cater for anything from your wedding cake to a cupcake, I also
make wedding favours. I love the challenge of novelty cakes so bring
